Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Deemer, Ten'y and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the findings of fact, as amended, relating to Roger Munter's request for a <br />conditional use permit to utilize Lot 1, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey for exterior storage purposes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, LaDue and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission proceeded to review the conditions of the CUP. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend #2 to read... <br />"This permit shall expire May 15, 1993" <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Ten'y and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to add Item #4 which <br />shall read "That slat type screening as proposed in the site plan will be on the south and east <br />fence". <br /> <br />Motion can'ied. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Thomd, LaDue and <br />Terry. Voting No: None.
