Case #6: Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Outside Display/Sales <br /> Area; Case of Jim Provinzino <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that Mr. Provinzino is proposing to establish a motor vehicle sales lot at 6304 <br />Highway gl0 N.W. He has applied for a conditional use permit for the outside sales area. Mr. <br />Provinzino's site plan proposes a maximum of 28 vehicles to be displayed on site. Zoning <br />Administrator Frolik noted that depending upon what section of the City Code is referred to, them <br />are three different setbacks that apply in this case, 3', 17-1/2' and 25'. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend the findings <br />of fact #'s 14 through 23 to reflect the positive. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution adopting the findings of fact relating to Jim Provinzino's request for a <br />conditional use permit for an outside display/sales area at 6304 Highway gl0 N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Thorud, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The consensus of those present was to amend #2 to read".., a maximum of 2._~3 vehicles; #3 <br />should read "...shallmaintain a 10 foot setback..."; #6 should read "The outside storage of any <br />· . ." and add gl0 to read "A minimum 20 foot fire lane he maintained from front to back of <br />property as per the fire marshall. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend that City <br />Council approve Mr. Jim Provinzino's request for a conditional use permit, as amended, for an <br />outside display/sales area at 6304 Highway gl0 N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners LaDue, Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen and Thorud. Voting No: None.
