Sewer and water are <br />currently inplace between Nowthen Blvd. and Sunfish Blvd. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that our scope of services will include the following: <br /> <br /> · Perform preliminary surveys to gather topographic information along, the assumed corridor. <br /> · Model the performance of a new water loop on the north end of the City. <br /> · Complete a feasibility report for extending sanitary sewer and waternmin along the assmned <br /> corridor to the northwest. The utilities will be constructed at maximum size m~d at maximum <br /> depth. The report will include an anticipated project schedule, cost estimates of the project <br /> components (including easements), and estimated assessments. · <br /> <br />Bolton & Merck proposes to perform the above-mentioned services.at an hourly rate not-to-exceed $8,500. <br />When authorized, we are prepared to proceed according to a schedule that meets the City's needs. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br />David P.
