Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />6) Consider Ending Probationary Period for Police Captain <br />The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt the resolution ending the <br />probationary period for Tim Dwyer and granting the status as full-time regular Police Captain. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Pearsonl to adopt Resolution <br />#03-06-166 ending the probationary period for Police Captain. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: Mayor Oamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Pearson, Cook, Strommen and <br />Zimmerman.
