AND REQUES FOR COMPREHENSIVE <br /> PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />TO THE CITY OF RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL: <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />I. REQUEST FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT: <br /> <br />We, the undersigned, petition the Ci[y of Ramsey City. Council (and the Ci.ty of Ramsey Planing and <br />Zoning Commission) to amend tlhe Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation in the <br />comprehensive Plan from "Places to Work" to "Single Family" for the lots that are on the North side of <br />Rivtyn Avenue Northwest. <br /> <br />I1. OPPOSITION TO REZONING' <br /> <br />In addition, we oppose the pending action to rezone the subject properties from R-I to E-1. <br /> <br />To change the use designation to "Employment District", as proposed in correspondence dated April <br />18, 2003 and others, makes the Insurance of our property more restrictive and the sale of our property, <br />if we ever should decide to sell, more restrictive and difficult to complete. <br /> This change in land use designation would then return these properties to the same land usage <br />designation as the lots on the South side of Rivlyn Avenue Northwest (along the Mississippi River). <br />We feel that these lots have been miss designated as commercial, light industrial and others but have <br />always had single family homes and single family type homes. <br /> <br /> FULL LEGAL NAME LEGAL SIGNATURE ADDRESS 'PHONE <br /> PLEASE PRINT NUMBER <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br /> <br />52 <br /> <br /> <br />
