CASE #: <br /> <br />REVIEW OF TOWN CENTER DEVELOPMENT GUIDELI/NES <br />By: Patrick Trudgeon, AICP, <br /> Assistant Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />City Staff, along with the Ramsey Town Center LLC (RTC), have been Working on the <br />Town Center Development Guidelines that address the design, architecture, exterior <br />materials, and "look" of the Town Center. The DevelOpment Guidelines are referenced in <br />the Town Center Zoning District and are thus an important part of the control over the <br />Town Center development. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />For the July 10, 2003 Planning Commission meeting, Staff distributed the draft <br />Development Guidelines. Please bring those to the meetings so that Staff and RTC can <br />review the document, answer questions, and receive feedback and suggestions from the <br />members. If you do not have your copy any more, please contact Staff to receive another <br />copy. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review the draft Development <br />Guidelines and give Staff f~edback on the document.
