Chairperson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ROBERT AND <br />MARTINA WALLACE AT 5941 143Im CIRCLE NW (PERMITTEES) FOR SIDE YARD <br />SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR A CORNER LOT AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert and Martina Wallace (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />which would infringe on the side yard setback requirement for a comer lot on the property <br />generally known as 5941 147 Circle NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 1, Chestnut Hill, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on August 7, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
