<br /> DEFINITIONS
<br />
<br /> For ~he purposes of this ordi-
<br /> nance, ~he terms defined in this
<br /> ordinance shall have the meanings
<br /> given them in this Section·
<br />

<br /> MOBILE HOME LOCATION
<br />
<br /> a. It shall be unlaw/ul within the
<br /> limits of the Townshi'p at Ramsey
<br /> h)r Imy person to park any ~obil~
<br /> borne on any street, alley or high-
<br /> way or other pliblic place_or
<br /> any tract of land owned by
<br /> person, occupied or unoccupied
<br /> wilbin the Township of Hamsey,
<br /> except a~ provided in this ordi-
<br />
<br /> b. Emergency' or temporar~ stop-
<br /> ping or parking is pertained on any
<br /> street, alley or highway fo~ not
<br /> longer lhan' three (3) hours sub-
<br /> jeet to any other and further pro-
<br /> bibitions, regulations, or limits-
<br /> lions imposed by the l~a~ie and
<br /> parkin~ regulations or ordinances
<br /> for street, alley or highway.
<br />
<br /> e. No person shall park o~ occupy
<br /> any mobile home on the premises
<br /> of any occupied dwelling or any
<br /> lot which Is not a part of the
<br /> ises of any occupied dwelling either
<br /> of which is situated outside of an
<br /> approved mobile home park; ex-.
<br /> copt, the parking of o~ly o~e travel
<br /> t~ailer of less than 5~ sq. feet in
<br /> Hnor area. is permitted providing
<br /> no living quarte~ shall be main-
<br /> tained or any businesses practiced
<br /> in said travel trailer 'while such
<br /> travel trailer is so parkqd or stored.
<br />
<br /> d. One house trailer or mobile
<br />home may be placed upon any tract
<br />of land by the owner of said tract,
<br />and be used for temporary dwelling
<br />purposes for a period not in excess
<br />of 90 days, upon 6braining from
<br />the Town Board a permit therefor.
<br />.Applications /or such shall be made
<br />m writing to the Building YLnspec-
<br />lot, and it shall be his duty to sub-
<br />mit such application to the Town
<br />Board at the next regular meeting~
<br />~l~ereof. The Town Board may in
<br />'its discretion grant or deny such
<br />permit and may require as a con-
<br />dition to the granting of said permit
<br />or any renewal permit, that the
<br />applicant appear in person before'
<br />the Board and be examined as to
<br />his plans /or a permanent dwellin~
<br />and other mott~? ~e~ative thereto,
<br />
<br /> Permits shall in no event be
<br /> granted for a period in excess of
<br /> ninety (90~ days. ~At the exp~r~-..
<br /> tion ot said ninety-day period the
<br /> owner or occupant\of any trailer
<br /> so placed tlpon prenSises ili accord
<br /> with this section shall immediately
<br /> remove the same, unless' prior to
<br /> tl~e expiration of said ninety-day
<br /> period, the owner or occupant shall
<br /> obtain from the Town Board a re-
<br /> newal permit, Applications there-
<br /> /or may be made to the Building
<br /> Inspector as in the ease of orilTlnal
<br /> permits, and must be su'bmitted to
<br /> the board prior to the expiration
<br /> of the original ninety-day period.
<br /> One renewal permit may be granted
<br /> upon good cause shown, but in no:
<br /> event shall a renewal permit be
<br /> granted for a period in excess of
<br /> 90 days and not more than one
<br /> such renewal permit, shall be
<br /> granted..

<br />
<br /> a. Applications for a special per-
<br /> mit to establish, coostruct and
<br /> maintain a Mobile Home Park tin-
<br /> del' the proxrlslons of this ordinance
<br /> stroll be made to the To~vn Board
<br /> of the To~wlship of Ramsey.
<br />
<br /> b. Tho application for a permit
<br /> shall be accompanied by four (4)
<br /> copies of the Mobile Home Park
<br /> plan showing the following, either
<br /> existing or proposed:
<br />
<br /> 1. The extent and area proposed
<br /> for Mobile Home Park purposes.
<br />
<br /> 2, Roads and driveways.
<br />
<br /> 3. Location of sites or units for
<br /> mobile homes.
<br />
<br /> 4. Location and number o! sanitary
<br /> 5..Pm. posed disposition of surface
<br />
<br /> 6. P'rol~sed street ~urfacing snd
<br /> lighting.
<br />
<br /> 7. Off street parking.
<br />
<br /> 8. Patios.
<br />
<br /> 9.-Location of community building.
<br /> 10, Location ct recreation facilities.
<br /> 11.-Location of sidewalks.
<br />
<br /> 12, Location of setback lines.
<br />
<br /> 13. Location of screening, planting,
<br /> green areas, etc.
<br />
<br /> 14, Any other information request[
<br /> by the Township.
<br />
<br /> 15. Location of utility lines.
<br />
<br /> c. Each applica/ion for a special
<br /> use permit shall be acebmpanied
<br /> b~ a Est of the names and addresses
<br /> o~ ali persons owning property
<br /> within ~0~ feet of any boundary
<br /> line of the proposed l~[obila Homo
<br /> Park site,
<br />
<br /> d. Each applicant shall be re.
<br /> quired to pay a fee of $250 at the
<br /> time that such application is filed

<br /> money shall be used for the Tow'a,
