The building shall be so <br /> Oesigned so as to provide at least <br /> twelve (12) sq. feet of space per <br /> mobile home lot, but in no ease <br /> shall the building be less than 2,500 <br /> sq. feet. <br /> <br /> Section 7. <br /> <br /> REGISTER OF OCCUPAN'I'g , <br /> <br /> It shall be the duty of each <br /> eensee and portal*tee to keep a <br /> register containing a record of ~ll <br /> mobile home owm!rs and oecupants/I <br /> bwnled withhl the park. The rog-/ <br /> ister shall contain the followin~ <br /> information: / '! <br /> <br /> a. The date et' ~rrlval and of <br /> departure of 7~obHe home. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br /> The park shall, keep t~he register <br /> ~ available for inspection at aH times <br /> by law enforcement officers, pub- <br /> ' lie health officials and other offi- <br /> cials whose duties necessitate acqui- <br /> sition of tile information 'contained <br /> in the register. The register record <br /> for each occupant registered shall <br /> not be destroyed for a period of <br /> three years following the date of <br /> departure of the registrant from <br /> the park. <br /> <br /> SUPERVISIO~/ <br /> Tile owner or operator or a duly <br /> authorized attendar~ or caretaker <br /> shall be in charge/at all times to <br /> keep '~he mobil0/ home park, its <br /> factlities and eqdipment in a clean, <br /> orderly and sa. ditary condition. The <br /> attendant or/ caretaker shall be <br /> answerable./~.vith the owner or op- <br /> erator, for/the violation of any pro- <br /> vision of/this ordinance to which <br /> the or, dr or operator is subject, <br /> Section 9. ' <br /> D/o~v~EVOCATION OF PERMI~ <br /> e Town Board shall have the <br /> r to revoke any Mobile Home <br /> f Park special use permit of any per- <br /> / son who fails to conform to the' <br /> requirements of this ordinance or <br /> any other applicable ordinance, <br /> state law of Minnesota Department <br /> of Health Regulation. As a pre- <br /> requisite to revocation, the Town <br /> : Board shall hold a public hearing <br /> :. at which said person may be heard. <br /> Said person shall be given ten (10) <br /> i days written notice specifying ti~e <br /> ,. time and place of said hearing and <br /> a listing of alleged violations. <br /> <br /> - Section 10. <br /> <br /> SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Rhonld any section or provl~O~ <br /> of this ordinance tm declared <br /> valid, snch decision shall not af~ <br /> feet the validity of the remaining <br /> lmrtions of this ordinance. <br /> Sectiou 11. <br /> <br /> PENALTY <br /> <br /> a.
