' <br /> D/o~v~EVOCATION OF PERMI~ <br /> e Town Board shall have the <br /> r to revoke any Mobile Home <br /> f Park special use permit of any per- <br /> / son who fails to conform to the' <br /> requirements of this ordinance or <br /> any other applicable ordinance, <br /> state law of Minnesota Department <br /> of Health Regulation. As a pre- <br /> requisite to revocation, the Town <br /> : Board shall hold a public hearing <br /> :. at which said person may be heard. <br /> Said person shall be given ten (10) <br /> i days written notice specifying ti~e <br /> ,. time and place of said hearing and <br /> a listing of alleged violations. <br /> <br /> - Section 10. <br /> <br /> SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Rhonld any section or provl~O~ <br /> of this ordinance tm declared <br /> valid, snch decision shall not af~ <br /> feet the validity of the remaining <br /> lmrtions of this ordinance. <br /> Sectiou 11. <br /> <br /> PENALTY <br /> <br /> a.
