Section 9 <br /> <br /> At the expiration of seven (7) days from the time any dog or animal of a dog <br />kind is impounded, if the same has not been reclaimed in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance, the officer, appointed to enforce this ordinance, <br />may let any person claim said dog or animal of a dog kind by complying with all <br />provisions of this ordinance, including Section 8, or he may sell' the dog or animal <br />of a dog kind to the 'University of Minnesota, or he may cause such dog or animal <br />of a dog kind to be killed and shall properly dispose of the remains thereof. Any <br />monies collected under this section shall be payable to the Town Clerk, who <br />shall monthly pay said monies over to the Town Treasurer. <br />Section 10 <br /> <br /> Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, it shall be unlawful to <br /> <br />kill., destory or otherwise cause any injury to any dog or animal of a dog kind. <br />Violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor. <br />Section 1 l <br /> <br /> No person shall keep or suffer to be kept on his premises, or on the premises <br />occupied by him nor permit nor suffer to run at large in said township, any do9 or <br />animal of a dog kind of a ferocious or vicious character, habit or disposition, even <br />though said dog or animal of a dog kind be properly licensed under this ordinance. <br /> <br /> If in the reasonable belief of any person or officer, appointed to enforce <br />this ordinance, such dog or animal of a dog kind presents an immediate danger to <br />the health and safety of any person or the said township, said person or officer <br />may kill said dog or animal of a dog kind forthwith. Otherwise said person or officer <br />may apprehend said dog or animal of a dog kind and deliver him to the dog pound <br /> <br /> <br />
