ORDINANCE NO. 7-39 <br /> <br />TOWNSHIP OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Town Board of the Township of Ramsey does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1 TITLE <br /> An ordinance increasing the square foot requirement for homes and <br />requiring garages in certain instances. <br /> <br />Section 2 HOME SIZE REQUIREMENT <br /> In every dwelling house hereafter erected, there shall be at least <br />three (3) livable rooms and the overall dimensions shall contain <br />an area of not less than 960 square feet exclusive of a garage if it <br />has a basement or 1040 square feet overall dimensions exclusive of a <br />garage if it rests on a cement slab. <br /> <br />Section 3 GARAGES REQUIRED <br /> Ail homes must contain a minimum of 1100 square feet overall dimensions <br />exclusive of a garage, unless a garage of 440 square feet overall dimensions <br />is included with said home. <br /> <br />Section 4 REPEALER <br /> Ordinance No. 7-9 of the Township of Ramsey Zoning Plan and Building <br />Code passed on March 30, 1951 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Eflf~.ctJva d~te: <br /> <br />A~IST: <br />J~s Peterson - Town Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
