CHAPTER 4 ORDINANCE 4.4 TITLE: AN ORDINANCE CON- CERNING ROADS SPECIFICA- TIONS IN RAMSEY TOWNSHIP, ANOKA COUNT~, MINNESOTA: Section 1. A. The minimum right of way shall be sixty-six (66) feet. ]B. Twenty-four (24) feet top with eight (8) feet shoulders and thir- teen (13) feet snow plowing space. C. Maximum six percent (6%) grade with thirty (30) feet top, ex- cept for special use permit by Planning and Zoning Commission. D. Culverts required for proper drainage, sized according to flow of water, twelve (12) inches minimum. E. Road to be crowned and ditch- es be put in ~vhere needed as to the discretion of the Planning and Zoning Commission. F. All rubbish or frees dug out in the building of these roads shall be confiscateCi immediately upon completion of the road. G. Roads must be surfaced with gravel where needed as to the dis- cretion of the Planning and Zon- ing Commission. Section 2. A. Ail plots must be turned in to the Planning and Zon- ing Commission before the road is constructed. B. The road must be inspected and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission before any building permits will be issued. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after meeting all requirements of publication and notice as re- quired by ]aw. The above ordinance was passed pursuant to the powers granted under M.S.A. 368.01 by unanimous vote of the Town Board after a complete reading and discussion by the electorate present at a regular Town Board meeting duly called February 17, 1969.
