Absent: None. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1) City Council regular meeting minutes dated May 27, 2003 <br />2) City Council regular meeting minutes dated June 10, 2003 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted the City Council minutes. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer noted discussion in one set of minutes about attendance. He asked if the <br />City has a policy about attendance for Commissioners. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated she did not know, but they could research that issue for the <br />Commission. She indicated she was not comfortable saying what the policy might be without <br />Human Resource input, but she will get back to the Conunission on the matter. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that under Commission Business, they will need to discuss the August <br />meeting, as he will not be able to attend on the scheduled date. <br /> <br />Case/ti: <br /> <br />Request for an Interim Use Permit to Allow for an Unimproved Parking Lot, <br />Outdoor Storage, and the Usc of an Existing Building for Educational <br />Purposes; Case of Anoka Technical College <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald indicated this item should be continued to August. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson to table the applicant's request <br />for an Interim Use Permit and continue the public hearing to August 7, 2003 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
