ADOPT -A -SPOT GARDEN DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTAINANCE AGREEMENT This Adopt -A -Spot Development and Maintenance Agreement ( "Maintenance Agreement ") is made this day of 2009, by and between Andrea M. Seiberlich (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant ") and Jason D. Seiberlieh, Scott H. & Jeanne R. Backman, Kevin Flannery, Kiersten Nordby, Timothy G. & Darcy L. D. Elliot, Brian N. & Barbara J. Groth, Devin & Stephanie Christianson, Steven M. & Sheila A. Schumacher, Todd R. Sullivan, and Michael L. Young (hereinafter referred to as "Adopting Partners ") and the City of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), to provide for the terms of the development of, and responsibility for maintenance of a garden in remembrance of Luke John Crotteau, and honoring all chi be constructed on Outlot A, Wood Pond Hills, City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property".
