Funding: <br />The appraisal for Lot 2, Block 6 PELTZER ADDITION presented an opinion of market value at <br />$25,000, and the MPCA has stated that they will not seek cost value for any additional, easements <br />required as long as the City agrees to maintain those areas adjacent to the trail and any trees that may be <br />impacted by the project are replaced.
