9.26.10 Encroachment in Buffer Areas. Storm water ponds may encroach into <br />required wetland buffer areas, provided it doesn't reduce the buffer's ability to treat storm <br />water and that the amount of buffer width encroached upon does not exceed 50 percent of <br />the total area required for such ponding. <br />Historical Note <br />Ord. #05 -27 added §9.26 "Wetland Protection ". <br />Effective November 14, 2005. <br />
