change in the facts presented by the application other than date, applicant(s) home address or <br />building owner(s) address, or in the case of any license not renewed prior to its' expiration. <br />Subd. 5. Persons and Locations Ineligible for a License <br />a. No license under this Section shall be issued to an applicant who is a natural <br />person if such applicant: <br />1. Is a minor at the time the application is filed; <br />2. Has been convicted. of any crime directly related to the occupation <br />licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes §364.03, Subd. 2, and <br />has not shown competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and <br />present fitness to perform the duties of a pawnbroker as prescribed by <br />Minnesota Statutes §364.03, Subd. 3; <br />3. Is.not a citizen of the United States or a resident alien; <br />4. Is not of good moral character or repute. <br />b. No license under this Section shall be issued to an applicant that is a <br />partnership if such applicant has any general partner or managing partner <br />who: <br />1. Is a minor at the time the application is filed; <br />2. Has .been convicted of any crime directly related to the occupation <br />licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes §364.03, Subd. 2, and <br />who has not shown competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and <br />present fitness to perform the duties of a pawnbroker as prescribed by <br />Minnesota Statutes. §364.03, Subd. 3; <br />3. Is not a citizen of the United Sates or a resident alien; <br />4. Is not of good moral character or repute. <br />c: No license under this Section shall be issued to an applicant that is a <br />corporation or other organization if such applicant has any manager, <br />proprietor, or agent in charge of the business to be licensed who: <br />1. Is a minor at the time the application is filed; <br />2. Has been convicted of any crime directly related to the occupation <br />licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes §364.03, Subd. 2, and <br />who has not shown competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and <br />-12- <br />
