Assist in efforts that will lead to the conversion of Highway 10 to a freeway (ongoing). <br />12. Assist in efforts to preserve ROW for the Mississippi River Bridge (ongoing). <br />13. /\ssist in the completion of the Raffisey3 process. <br />14. Complete Local Update of Census /\ddrcsses (LUC/'.) in preparation for the 2010 Census. <br />15. ManaGe BCBS ^ttive Living grant. <br />i6. Comfllete Health Impact :'\ssessmeAt (Hl^). <br />17. Continue to maintain core GIS data and Planning-related maps. . <br />18. Continue to maintain housing, population, and employment projections for the City (ongoing). <br />19. Work with the City Council to consider a policy to integrate OST process or other appropriate <br />public process into City processes. <br />20. Monitor ordinances for cha'nges based on violations/complaints (ongoing). <br />21. Review performance standards for both publicly and privately owned commercial properties. <br />22. Design public participation plan for development and policy review <br />23. Alter Development Review Process to encourage participation in review of proposals before <br />application is submitted <br />24. Complete 01/ necessary Zoning Code Amendments in order to implement the 2008 <br />Comprehensive Plan Update, including but not limited to: <br />o Remove Rural Preserve and Central Rural Reserve Zoning Designations <br />25.
