Complete design and construction of new park building and playground at Elm crest Park. <br />5. Begin process of planning for additional community park north of Trott Brook. <br />6. Complete construction of lions pJrk building development. <br />7. Begin planning for the creation of a Parks and Recreation Department. <br />8. Continue to identify opportunities to provide cost effective solutions to trail system and tree <br />transplantation with the use of our newly acquired paver and tree spade (On-going). <br />9.
