City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br />As a part of the 2009 budget amendment and initial 2010 budget discussions, Council <br />considered the contributions the City makes to various community organizations and <br />programs and made some recommendations about cuts to those contributions. Staff has <br />further researched the notice requirements for reducing or eliminating funding. For many <br />ofthe organizations and programs, the City will need to provide notice mid-year 2009 <br />that funding will be reduced or eliminated in 2010.
