Elh:!ible use of NSP funding: <br />a. Anoka County may use up to 10% for administration ofNSP <br />b. Five eligible uses specified by HERA: <br />1. Establish fmancing mechanism for purchase & redevelopment of <br />foreclosed upon homes and residential properties <br />1. Purchase and rehabilitation homes and residential properties that have- <br />been abandoned or foreclosed upon, in order to sell, rent, or redevelop <br />such homes and properties. <br />1.
