<br />SECTION VII: NON-CONFORMING USES <br /> <br />Regulations not Retroactive: The regulations prescribed by this <br />Ordinance shall not be construed to require the removal, lowerinq, or <br />other chanqesor alteration of any structure or tree not conforminq to <br />the requlations as of the effective date of this ordinance, or other- <br />wise interfere with the continuance of any non-conforminq use. <br />Nothinq herein contained shall require any chanqe in the construction, <br />alteration, or intended use of any structure, the construction or <br />alteration of which was begun prior to the effective date of this <br />ordinance, and is diliqently prosecuted and completed within two years <br />thereof. <br /> <br />21 <br />
