Councilmember Dehen stated t11at if the City~has existing prescriptive right-of-way existing snow storage, why the Gity would have to get additional property beyond that. City Engineer Janlcawslci stated that aftar the. City puts in-the 24-foot road, the City- will be tossing snow beyond the existing prescriptive right of way, Cotu~cilmember Dehep asked if that can be part of the agreement with neighbors that the City is allowed to plow snow onto the property. City. Engineer Jankowski stated that t.he~ City needs to determine how the additional right of way would be acquired. He Hated that the County records for price per square foot of properties affected by this project is an average of 51.8 per square foot and this would create orange of about $30,000 to 5=X0,000 to da that. Councilmember McGlone stated that he has them in his neighborhood and they are terrible, He asked when the City starts repairing the mistakes of.the past and let people get their money's worth.
