CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 755.0 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:06 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />John Enstrom, 8702 - 181St Avenue NW, stated that he was displeased with the City because <br />Mosquito Control sprayed his land earlier today. He stated that he has mailed them notices for <br />three years. He suggested that if the City is going to pay them they should notify residents when <br />the spraying will be taking place. He stated that because of their spraying, he has to take the <br />word "organic" off his farm. <br />Councilmember Jeffrey stated that he doesn't think the City has any control over Mosquito <br />Control. <br />Mayor Ramsey stated that the City would look into the issue and get back to Mr. Enstrom. <br />City Council / Apri128, 2009 <br />Page 2 of 12 <br />
