lYate an February 17, «009 lYlinutes <br />Attached to these minutes is a email received by staff regarding the draft minutes that were <br />requested by individuals attending the February 17, 2009Aublic Works Gprnrnittee meeting. <br />Staff has revised the drafts minutes to .reflect these comments where possible. The arrowed items <br />on the attached email, however, appear to be discrepancies over the intent of the comments <br />rather that, a factual matter of the actual~comments themselves. Staff also felt it inappropriate to <br />modify comments attributed to one individual based upon a third party objection. <br />Please consider these comments as you approve the minutes of the February 17, 2009 meeting. <br />-~07- <br />
