Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of conflict <br />with through traffic movements, and shall be subject to the approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />d. Parking or car magazine storage space shall be screened from viewlof abutting <br />residential districts. <br /> <br />h. Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br /> <br />1. A concrete curb not less than six (6) inches above grade shall separate the <br />public sidewalk from motor vehicle service areas. <br /> <br />J. If applicable, motor fuel activities shall be installed in accordance: with State <br />and City standards, regardless of whether the dispensing, sale or ~ffering for <br />sale of motor fuels and/or oil is incidental to the conduct of the use or <br />business. Additionally, adequate space shall be provided to access igas pumps <br />and allow maneuverability around the pumps. Underground fuel storage tanks <br />I <br />are to be positioned to allow adequate access by motor fuel tran;sports and <br />unloading operations do not conflict with circulation, access II and other <br />activities on the site. Fuel pumps shall be installed on pump is~ands with <br />canopies. Canopies shall maintain a twenty (20)-foot setback from property <br />lines as measured from the edge of the canopy.
