Mark Reid, the applicant, 600 Weaver Blvd. Anoka, stated he is familiar with the conditions of
the permit and understands Ivan Larson, the owner of City Wide Door, which is to' the east is
agreeable to give a cross access easement and is just waiting to hear from his attorney. They plan
on being in this location no more than 3 years and if they outgrow capacity before then, they
would pursue their own property. The striping requirement is not a problem and they understand
and will meet the building requirements regarding the bathrooms.

Consensus was the permit would expire in three years with the permit allowing for a six month
extension if building has begun on a new facility.

Discussion ensued regarding the parking requirements and if the applicant meets those
requirements. It was determined that even with special services that could take place on days
other than Sunday or Thursday evenings, the cross access easement would meet the requirement.

Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to close the public hearing.

Motion Carried.
