<br />CASE #2 <br /> <br />CONSIDER REVISIONS TO SUBSECTIONS 2.5 AND 4.5.5 <br />OF THE CITY'S CHARTER <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Charter Commission met on Thursday, April 23, 2009, and briefly discussed the <br />amendments that were sent to the City Council in 2008 relating to Sections 2.5 and 4.5.5. <br />The Commission tabled any action on the language and asked to be furnished with the <br />amendment language that was discussed at previous Charter meetings.
