<br />1. The signature of the pledger or seller. <br /> <br />m. All printed statements as required by State Statute 325J.04 Subdivision 2, or <br />any other applicable statutes. <br /> <br />7.13.13 Billable Transactions. <br /> <br />a. The billable transaction fee shall be classified according to the medium by which <br />daily reports required by section 7.13.14 are submitted to the police department. <br />These classifications shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. Modem <br /> <br />2. Manual <br /> <br />b. The billable transaction license fee shall reflect the cost of processing transactions <br />from the respective classifications and other related regulatory expenses as <br />determined by the city council, and shall be reviewed and adjusted, if necessary. <br />Pawnbrokers shall be notified in writing thirty (30) days before any adjustment is <br />implemented. The billable transaction fee for modem transactions shall not exceed <br />the billable transaction fee for manual transactions. <br /> <br />1. The initial billable transaction fee for modem transaction shall be established <br />by the City Council per the City's fee schedule. The transaction fee will be <br />charged per transaction, regardless of the number of items in that transaction. <br /> <br />2. The initial billable transaction fee for manual transaction shall be established <br />by the City Council per the City's fee schedule. The transaction fee will be <br />charged per transaction, regardless of the number of items in that transaction. <br /> <br />c. Billable transaction fees shall be billed monthly and are due and payable within <br />thirty (30) days. Failure to pay in accordance with these terms is a violation of this <br />Section. <br /> <br />7.13.14 <br /> <br />Daily reports to police. <br /> <br />a. Reportable transactions. Every pawnbroker shall report daily, any reportable <br />transaction in which one (1) or more of the following items is received, regardless <br />of the purchase price, asking price.if consigned or brokered, or value attributed to <br />it if accepted in trade: <br /> <br />1.
