for a member to be censured, but noted that there are no State Statutes on this issue. He noted <br />that Section 2.01.02, Subd. 5, Decorum and Order- Councilmembers, seems to have language that <br />the Council could consider for censure, if they feel it is appropriate. <br />Mr. Sibilski stated that Mr. McDilda filed a complaint with City staff regarding this letter, but he <br />did not take it to the Council. <br />Councilmember McGlone stated that he is wondering if this is a "tit for tat" situation. <br />Mr. Sibilski stated that his complaint was written and filed before the last meeting where his <br />suspension was discussed. <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that he is not in favor of firing e -mails back and forth. He noted <br />that he has gotten a lot of feedback from the community in the last month or so, regarding the <br />current Council. He stated that his concern is that this Council seems to be coming across as <br />somewhat "elitist" to people.
