Hydro blast entire surface to remove all existing paint surface & dispose of offsite <br />2, Machine rout all existing cracks and clean with compressed air <br />3. Fill with crack patch binder to level of existing courts <br />4. Fill birdbaths deeper than 1 /8" with crack patch binder to level of existing courts <br />5. Apply two coats sand filled acrylic emulsion resurfacer <br />a. 6.8 lbs. silica sand added per gallon of material <br />b. Coverage: .20 gallons per square yard <br />6. Apply two coats latex acrylic paint <br />a. Color to be selected by owner <br />b. 4 lbs. silica sand added per gallon of material <br />c. Coverage: .15 gallons per square yard <br />7. Reline <br />Alternate — Armor Crack Repair System — 281 If <br />All color coating specifications above will remain the same <br />1, Machine rout crack and clean with compressed air <br />2, Fill with crack patch binder in multiple applications to level of existing surface <br />3, Grind crack repair edges smooth <br />4, Furnish and install Armor Crack Repair System to all prepared cracks <br />5. Patch and blend low areas to eliminate "bird baths" <br />6.
