Any addenda issued by the City will be mailed to all Contractors that are known <br />by the City to have received an original RFP. The City is not responsible for any. <br />Contractor proposal deficiencies in the event the Contractor does not receive an <br />addendum. <br />Each Contractor may supplement their proposal once in response to each <br />addendum. Contractors may also clarify their proposals in response to a written <br />request by the City for supplemental information. The City will consider no other <br />proposal supplements. <br />All submissions by the selected Contractor may become part of the selected <br />Contractor's City contract. <br />Any proposal received after June 19, 2009 will not be considered and will be <br />returned to the proposer unopened. Once the City receives the proposals, <br />Contractors cannot modify or withdraw their proposal unless directed by the City. <br />All proposals become the property of the City, and will be considered public <br />information after a proposal has been selected. Contractors may label certain <br />sections as "Proprietary," as allowed by the Minnesota Government Data <br />Practices Act, and those sections will not be made public. <br />SUBMITTAL OF RFP <br />Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of <br />Chief James Way <br />Ramsey Police Department <br />7550 Sunwood Dr NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Deadline for submission of proposals is Friday, June 19, 2009 at 4:30 pm. <br />Questions relative to the RFP should be directed to Chief Way at (763)427 -6812. <br />Requests for clarification(s) must be provided in writing (letter or email) and <br />will be considered until ten (10) working days prior to proposal opening date. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />1. Equipment Available for Use: In order to qualify for consideration of this <br />RFP, the Contractor's proposal must state what equipment will be used in <br />providing the Abatement Services and the Contractor's ownership/lessee <br />interest in said equipment.. A listing of all equipment to be utilized shall be <br />submitted with the proposal. Such listing shall show the make and model <br />of the equipment, together with its size and other relevant information, <br />such as specialized equipment not necessarily herein specified, but which <br />may be a factor in performing effectively and efficiently the Abatement <br />Services. All equipment to be used by the Contractor shall be maintained <br />in good repair and condition. The City reserves the right to inspect the <br />6 <br />
