Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Assistant City Administrator Tim Himmer <br />Human Resources Manager Kone' <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />Parks Supervisors Mark Riverblood <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:0 I p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Robert Sibilski, 7240 - 166th Avenue NW, stated that he is filing a formal complaint regarding <br />Councilmember Look. He explained the reasoning behind this complaint and read aloud his <br />statement and an e-mail sent by Councilmember Look. <br /> <br />Gary VanScoy, 5851 - 147th Lane NW, stated that he serves on the Planning Commission and <br />would like to address the change in policy for appointiJg commission members. He is <br />disappointed in the change that the Council is no longer consulting with Chairs and Vice-Chairs <br />of each committee before the appointments are made. <br /> <br />City Council / April 14, 2009 <br />Page 2 of 17 <br />
