A fire lane will run to the south facing side of <br />the facility. . <br /> <br />The building will combine stone, residential exterior materials, <br />columns, roofline gables, extending porches and entrances to the <br />building. . The overall look is themed after a residential building <br />providing a feeling of war~th and comfort for the residents. <br /> <br />The Comforts of Home proposal is an ideal use for this setting as it <br />will . have less impact. to the site and surrounding area thana <br />commercial use. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time to review our proposaL Comforts of Home will provide great economic benefits <br />to tne city and community with 46 residents, 30 full and part time jobs with annual payroll of $660,000, <br />and a significant contribution to the tax rolls for this property.
