<br />Attachment B <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #09-_ <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNT <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF <br />LAND. <br /> <br />The City of RarIlsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance. is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />SubSection 9.16 of the City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.16.01 <br /> <br />Definitions <br /> <br />Emergency Landing - An unplanned and unanticipated landing of an aircraft <br />made to prevent personal injury or loss of life. <br /> <br />Helicopter - An aircraft supported in the air by rotors. <br /> <br />Heliport - An area of land that is used or intended t6 be used for the landing and <br />takeoff of helicopters, and includes its buildings and facilities. <br /> <br />Operator - Pilot oLaircraft; <br /> <br />Personal Use Heliport - Restricted to use by one person. <br /> <br />Private Use Heliport - For use by multiple persons at the invitation of the owner <br />(an example would be a heliport at a hospital). <br /> <br />Public Use Heliport - Unrestricted and open to the public. <br /> <br />9.1.6.02 General Rule. The use of any lot or outlot within the City for. helicopter take- , <br />offs or landings, either ona regular, temporary or occasional basis, shall require a Conditional <br />Use Permit (permit). Said Permit shall'be processed and enforced in accordance with Ramsey <br /> <br />63 <br />
