<br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #09-_ which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public bfthe intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />The Ordinance updates the zoning districts to allow heliports as a conditional use. in the R-1 Residential, <br />R-2 Residential, R-3 Residential, B-1 Business, B-2 Business, E-1 Employment, E-2 Employment <br />Districts and Town Center Sub-Districts 1,2 & 3. <br /> <br />Additionally it allows a special event permit for temporary events at the Council's discretion. It also <br />updates the Ordinance to include Town Center Zoning Districts, as appropriate. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
