<br />Attachment C <br /> <br />Counci1member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution andmovecrforhs ua:doptlon.:uuu_'_u_-- -. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM COMPLETE MOTOR SPORTS TO AL~OW INDOOR RETAIL <br />SALES OF MOTOR VEHICLES AT THE PRO.PERTY LOCATED AT 13915 RADIUM <br />STNW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Complete Motor Sports, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant,"has <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct indoor retail sales of motor vehicles at <br />the property generally knoWn as 13915 Radium St NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 70 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Seventh Addition, (as measured <br />at right angles from & parallel with north line of said lot and its westerly extension) <br />subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Business Park 95 Seventh Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code on June 4,2009, and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by <br />refere.nce. . <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned E~ 1 Employment The properties to the north, west and <br />south are also zoned E-1 Employment and the property to the east, which is in the city of <br />Anoka, is zoned for light industrial activities. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is approximately 4.94 acres in size. <br /> <br />4. That indoor retail sales within the E-1 Employment District requiresaconditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant would utilize roughly 800 square feet of area within the unit for show <br />floor space to display scooters and accessories for sale to the public. <br /> <br />6. That the Subject Property was developed with a total of 102 parking stalls providing more <br />than enough parking for the proposed use. <br /> <br />5 <br />
