Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chair Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Rogers, Cleveland, <br />Dunaway, and Hunt. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Rogers, to approve the <br />following minutes as presented: <br /> <br />I) Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated April 2, 2009. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
