Sewer service will be extended when sewer lines are available, The water connection payment is <br />a transfer to the parI< for placement of the water tower. . <br /> <br />The project is estimated at $500,000. $250,00 is intended to represent the city's share of a proposed jpint project with a Pl1ilanthropic group. <br />Careful design consideration will be l'cquircd to ensure that the building will meet all of the community needs.
