This provides residents of Regency Ponds more of a direct access to <br />the parle <br />The second connection,further to the east, would require acquisition of part of the lot presently managed by MPCA. This would allow for street, <br />il.11d/t)r trail connections from 148th to the cui de sac of Gamet Street, and thereby improve acceSS to both Peltzer and Alpine Parks - as well as , <br />provide a circuitous walking loop within these neighborhoods.
