This provides residents of Regency Ponds more of a direct access to the parle The second connection,further to the east, would require acquisition of part of the lot presently managed by MPCA. This would allow for street, il.11d/t)r trail connections from 148th to the cui de sac of Gamet Street, and thereby improve acceSS to both Peltzer and Alpine Parks - as well as , provide a circuitous walking loop within these neighborhoods.
