Please provide a response to each item, <br />attachments are welcome. <br /> <br />· Describe the project's time line from start to completion. <br />Park is currently in use for spring and summer sports for ARM. Would like <br />project approved and completed as soon as possible. <br /> <br />. Provide budget detail, total resources required, sources of these resources, volunteer <br />participation and how the project meets the minimum match of 50 percent, cash or labor. <br />If the project requires less than a ~O% match, please demonstrate. <br />The expense that ARM is able to contribute is from concession profits and then <br />the non-profit gambling match per this request. <br /> <br />· Has the project begun? <br />No but ARAA funding is available and has been approved by the board. <br /> <br />· Is the applicant prepared to make commitments for future operation and/or maintenance? <br />Yes, per pre-approval and agreement with City of Ramsey and ARAA. <br /> <br />· Does the project represent a component of a larger City plan? <br />None that I am personally aware of. <br /> <br />· How is the project disability sensitive? <br />Access to both public restrooms instead of portable outhouse facilities. <br /> <br />· Are Ramsey businesses or contractors recipients of expenditures? <br />No. <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />80 <br />
