City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br />With the pending city purchase of 148.5 acres ofland in Ramsey Town Center, the need to re- <br />visit the existing plan for Town Center is upon us. The Planning Commission and Economic <br />Development Authority members have been invited to join the City Council in a planning <br />session to take another look at the Town Center plan and discuss any potential land use changes <br />that should be considered. <br /> <br />The agenda for the evening is as follows: <br /> <br />1. Welcome & Introductions - Mayor Bob Ramsey and City Administrator Kurt Ulrich. <br /> <br />2. Update on current status of project and review of existing plan. <br /> <br />3. Review of land use definitions. <br /> <br />4. Outline of work/discussions to be done in small groups. <br /> <br />5. Small group break-out sessions in Alexander Ramsey Room, Trott BrookRoom, and <br />Rum River Room. <br /> <br />6.
