<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CITY PROJECT 08 -27,
<br />167 AVENUE NW REALIGNMENT
<br />WHEREAS, on April 28, 2009 the Ramsey City Council authorized the solicitation of
<br />bids from plans prepared by Bolton and Menk, Inc.; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 08 -27, 167
<br />Avenue NW Realignment, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and
<br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the bids that were received:

<br />WHEREAS, Hennen Construction is the lowest responsible bidder.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
<br />contract with Hennen Construction for Improvement Project 08 -27, 167 Avenue NW
<br />Realignment in the amount of and
<br />2) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
<br />deposits made with their bids.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
<br />thereof:
