<br />Solutions to provide which is not specified in the DESCRIPTION Section of this <br />agreement will be considered an additional service. Such Service shall require a verbal <br />request and/or approval from the Board of Directors and will be invoiced separately. <br /> <br />CANCELLATION: In the event that Services, as dictated in the contract, are not <br />satisfactory, the Client shall notify Premier Property Solutions of "Failure to <br />Perform". If corrective action is not completed to the satisfaction of the client, the client <br />may choose to terminate services with a 30 day written notice. The Client shall assume <br />responsibility for all collection oflega! fees necessitated by default in payment. <br /> <br />RESPONSmJLITY FOR DAMAGES: Any damage to property caused by contractor's <br />negligence shall be contractor's responsibility. Damages shall be reported to contractor <br />within 15 days of discovery in order to ensure timely repair.
