<br />Solutions to provide which is not specified in the DESCRIPTION Section oftbis <br />agreement will be considered an additional service. <br /> <br />CANCELLATION: In the event that Services~ as dictated in the contract, are not <br />satisfactory, the Client shall notify-Premier Property Solutions of~~Failure to <br />Perform". If corrective action is not completed to the satisfaction of the Client, the client <br />may choose to terminate services with a 30 day written notice. The Client shall assume <br />responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: Any damage to property caused by contractor's <br />negligence shall be contractor's responsibility. Damages shall be reported to contractor <br />within 15 days of discovery in order to ensure timely repair.
