Vehicular <br />access will be derived from existing accesses, which is located on local streets and not <br />directly on to Highway 113, according to a verbal statement by the Applicant. The 'fly-zone' <br />is proposed to be contained to the northeast parcel of the attached-map. Planes will only <br />fly on the subject property and will not be allowed to cross over the property lines onto <br />adjacent properties or any right of way. The Applicant has stated. the planes w~ll only be <br />allowed to fly approximately 600 feet from the landing strip. Additional information is <br />contained in the attached packet.
