Attachment B

NorthWest Radio Control Club (NWRC),in agreement with Alan KPearsoU;- -------..----.
landowner, is proposing to use a portion of :Mr. Pearson's fann field at 8876 Highway 10
. in Ramsey. MN to establish an area to fly radio controlled model aircraft.

Ibis would involve placement of a model aircraft "'runway" which would be on
the northern side of the existing field roadway now in place. The runway is constructed
, from an industrial weed barrier material which is simply rolled out into place on an
existing flat surface and staked into place using wire staples. We have used this material
s.uccessfully for many years at previous sites, and it has proven very durable and easy to
maintain, and is well suited to this application.

A parking are would be established south.east of the runway on the west side of
the field roadway which leads to the south from the runway area. A "porta-potty" will be
provided by the club at one end of the parking area. Two sun awnings may be erected in
the future on the south side of the runway area.

Any and all structures (runway area and sun awnings, for example) erected by
NWRC on the site will be of a temporary nature and easily removable if needed. No
permanent structures of any type are proposed.

6
