<br />H.ecommendution: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the following: <br /> <br />1. Direct staff to preptU'e a notice of intent to create a new quiet zone for the segment to be <br />determined b!.tsed ~lpon Committee discussion; and, <br />2, Request Anoka County to acknowledge and support the notice of intent; and, <br />3. Request the City of Elk River to consider joining the extension of the created zone. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to City Council that staff be directed to: <br /> <br />1. Prepare a notice of intent to create a new quiet zone for the segment; and, <br />2. Draft a letter requesting Anoka County to acknowledge tmd support the notice of intent; <br />and, <br />3.
