The City shall <br />be solely sponsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of culvertS which provide <br />drainage ... City streets. He proposed that the Public Works Supervisor have the <br />authority to order the installation, repair or maintenance of any culvert. <br /> <br />I " <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin inquired if the Public Works Supervisor currently inspects all <br />building ~tes 10 which Mr. Jankowski replied no. , <br /> <br />, ' <br /> <br />Mayor Oi1bertson inquired what would happen if a culvert is not installed when a new <br />house is b~ilt with regard to who pays. <br /> <br />Mr. Jank~ski state.d it would still be the responsibility of the home owner.
