PREMIER PROPERTY SOLUTIONS Proposal for Mowing Services CLIENT NAME: City ofRatnsey Minnesota AGREEMENT as of June 24, 2009, between City ofRamsev Minnesota. (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and Premier Property Solutions, with respect to landscape and property care services provided (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). Whereas, Premier Property Solutions is a professional Grounds Maintenance Conipany good standing; . Whereas, Client wishes Pr~er Property s~l~iions to provide certain Services described more fully herein; and Whereas, Premier Property Solutions wishes to provide such services; Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable considerations, the parties hereto agree as follows: DESCRIPTION: Premier Property Solutions agrees to provide the Services in accordance with t4e following specifications: . Summer Services: I Lawn Mowing.wm be completed on request. The typical cutting height is 2 ~ - 3 inches. Weed trimming will also be done as needed around necessary are~. After mowing and trimming; grass clippings will cleaned off of drive surfaces, walks and patios with a blower. Mowing will be completed'between 0800 and 1700 Hours. Additional Services: Premier Property Solutions offers many services beyond listed inclusions. Other optional add.on services include: on..call service, aeration, landscaping, salt and sanding truek,off site snow removal, inigation systems, bobcat and front end loader usage. Please request pricing list if interested. ASSIGNMENT OF WORK: Premier Property Solutions reserves the right to assign other subcontractors to the Services to ensure quality and on.time completion., , PAYMENT: .
